at this court came Jn Bullock customary tenant of the manor and surrendered one cottage or tenement with a yard belonging situate at Rushpitts once a tenement of Robt Prentice (Thos Prentice ) and late Jn Wade's to the use of Thos Bullock his son and his heirs and assigns forever on the condition that the said Thos Bullock his heirs executors etc pay or cause to be paid to the said Jn Bullock for and during the term of his life the annual rent of 10s by quarter payments and the said Thos Bullock present in court was admitted etc and gave fine and made fealty
