it appears to this court that Ann Andrewes customary tenant of this manor 4.10.1693 surrendered by the hand of Jos Cranfeild in presence of Geo Toller and Humph Ruggles two customary tenants all that messuage or tenement now in the occupation of the said Ann called Firmantylers to the use of Robt Cranfeild his heirs and assigns forever but none comes first proclamation made that Robt Cranfeild or others having just right to the customary tenement and appurtenances called Firmantylers as by the surrender of the said Ann Andrewes should come to the court and take the premises from the lord's hand but nobody comes and now precept is given to baillie to seize
