and afterwards in that court comes Simon Overall and surrenders by rod into hand of lord by hand of deputy steward all and singular his said premises as in form of said recovery to use of Wm Wenden and Sara his wife for lives and after death of longer liver to use of said Wm Wenden his heirs and assigns forever who present here in court humbly petition etc admitted etc to premises and give lord fine etc
