at this court by special grace and favour and for recontinuation of old rents and services lords by said deputy steward granted from their hand to Hen Adams son of Hen Adams junior of Earls Colne yeoman who is present here in court one messuage or tenement called Golds and curtilage garden and orchard with appurtenances belonging to said tenement which premises are dead and waste and thus for defect of tenants were made over into hands of lords and granted delivery of seisin etc to Hen Adams his heirs and assigns etc fealty respited
