at this court it was testified by deputy steward and appeared to homage that Jn Bullock customary tenant of manor 6.7.1716 came before said deputy steward and surrendered by the rod into hand of lord by hand of deputy steward all his customary messuage cottage lands tenements and hereditaments held of the manor to use of his last will in writing
