and afterwards said Geo and Wm surrendered and gave over into hand of lord by rod by hand of steward all their right estate interest and claim both for themselves and heirs of and in said tenement with appurtenances to Jn being in full and peaceful possession etc not only renouncing all and every error or errors misprisions defects and mistakes of whatever kind or kinds committed or omitted or perpetrated in said plaint and process of law and in abovesaid execution and afterwards said Jn surrendered in open court into hand of lord by hand of steward to the aforesaid Wm Russell his heirs and assigns which Wm lords by said steward granted delivery of seisin by rod to hold etc but does not give his fine because etc
