at this court appears to homage that Jn Bullock junior died since last court seised of a toft and garden called Staceys late Sam Finch's held of the manor by copy of court roll and that Kath Eliz and Mary Bullock are daughters and coheirs of said Jn Bullock junior after which come into court said Kath Eliz and Mary with Kath Bullock their mother as attorney and petition etc lords by steward granted delivery of seisin by rod to hold etc in coparcenary but said Kath Eliz and Mary are under age therefore Kath Bullock their mother is admitted guardian until etc giving an account thereof etc
