at this court it is found by homage that on 12.9.1737 last Jn Wistoe younger a customary tenant of manor surrendered by rod into hand of lord by hand of Solomon Grimston gentleman deputy steward of manor etc all his copyhold messuage or tenement with appurtenances late Jn Alliston's and formerly parcel of a tenement called Gouldens (Jouldens ) situate in Earls Colne to use of Wm Sextone of Stisted in Essex his heirs and assigns forever said Wm craves to be admitted to premises etc by annual rent of 3d suit of court and other services etc gave lord his fine etc made fealty etc
