at this court it is found by homage that Walt Pease a customary tenant of the manor died since last court seised of a croft with yard and appurtenances belonging parcel of Garlands sometime called Pennyfathers held of manor by copy of court roll and that Walt Pease is his eldest son and heir whereupon comes into court Walt Pease the son by Sam Burton as his attorney etc admitted tenant to premises etc by annual rent 9d suit of court and services etc gave lords fine etc
