whereas there is now due owing unto said Jn Osborn the mortgagee on the said security the sum of now at this court comes Jn Osborn etc admitted tenant to premises etc by yearly rent 6d suit of court and other services etc gave his fine of 3li3s and was admitted tenant thereof saving the mortgager's heirs equity of redemption
