now to this court comes Robt Crane and humbly etc admitted tenant to the premises that is to say to such part of a messuage or dwelling house as is held of the manor by copy of court roll wherein Thos Angier lately dwelt formerly in several tenements whereof one was called Conees Tenement otherwise Copses held by annual rent 8d other was called Shaws held by annual rent 6d with all the houses buildings malting office barns stables yards gardens and orchards belonging together with one croft of land or pasture also belonging containing by estimation 1a more or less and also one other croft of land or pasture ground lying beyond the malting office containing by estimation 2a2r more or less and also those three tenements called Swinsties held by annual rent of 4d with appurtenances etc
