whereas at a court held for manor 8.1.1746 it was found and presented by then homage that Jn Osborn customary tenant of manor died since the then last court seised of a certain copyhold messuage or tenement called Browns held of manor by copy of court roll and that none came to be admitted to premises and because none came proclamation was made in due form and first fault recorded
