whereas at a court held tuesday 11.4.last it was found and presented by the homage that on 11.2.last Robt Pennock out of court surrendered by rod into hands of lords by hand and acceptance of Rich Wale gentleman steward all his copyhold tenement or cottage and garden called Charles Paine and one shop called the Forge with appurtenances situate next churchyard in Earls Colne in occupation of Plampin Wenden butcher or his assigns reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits of same and every part and parcel thereof to use of his daughter Ann wife of Plampin Wenden her heirs and assigns forever
