at this court Thos Linnet of Halstead in Essex yeoman by a writing under his hand to the steward dated 1.10.last did acknowledge to have received full satisfaction with all principal and interest on a certain conditional surrender dated 3.4.1742 from Thos Christian Wheat late of Halstead in Essex miller deceased of all his customary messuages lands tenements and hereditaments whatever held by copy of court roll and said surrender is accordingly discharged in due form
