inquisition it is submitted that Jn Berneman and Hilary his wife were seised in one tenement with 30a of land to themselves and the heirs of the said Jn and they bore Joan Alice and Margery which same said Jn Berneman died leaving Hilary his wife and the aforesaid Joan their daughter took a husband and bore Wm Smyth which same said Joan died and afterwards Hilary died after whose deaths the aforesaid Alice and Margery by the lady's licence entered into the messuage and the foresaid lands and afterwards the said Wm came to the court and claimed his right and inheritance and was admitted as coheir of the aforesaid Alice and Margery daughters of the said Jn Berneman and Hilary his wife
