item it was presented that a certain

came into that persons home and stole two horses and there the said

was arrested and sent to Colchester gaol in person and to remain in custody until etc and the said two horses were arrested and thus were taken into the hands of the bailiff of this manor to the use of the lady and afterwards by a warrant of the aforesaid lady the two horses with one saddle two harnesses and one measure of horse shoes
to the value of 42s4d were freed to the said

by a warrant of the aforesaid lady |
