| fine 12d | to this court came Jn Stonewene junior and Margt his wife she herself solely examined by the steward and surrendered into the hands of the lady for herself and her heirs forever one customary tenement with curtilage and about 30a (sic) of land more or less of bond tenure to the lady sometime of Adam Crudde to the use of Rich Cook and his heirs to whom the lady granted thereof seisin to hold to the same said Rich his heirs and assigns from the lady by the rod at the will of the lady according to the custom of the manor by payment and custom which the said Adam sometime made saving whatever rights and he gave to the lady for a fine as above and made fealty to the lady |
