to this court came Robt Segge and acknowledged himself to hold from Jn Hyne one messuage with garden and one croft of land containing 1a a parcel of lands and tenements called Sonyslond for the payment of 12d rent per annum to the same said Jn Hyne and his heirs to be paid annually at the two annual times viz easter and michaelmas in equal portions
