to this court came Robt Segge and acknowledged himself to hold from the said Jn Hyne one piece of a meadow called Wolvesmeadowe containing about 2a of land more or less parcel of the said lands and tenements called Sonyslond for payment of 6d rent per annum to be paid to the same said Jn his heirs and assigns at the said two annual terms in equal portions
