Robt Kyrton complainant in a complaint against Jn Langeton concerning a plea of trespass pledges Thos Hounte and the bailiff etc and on the one hand the aforesaid Robt complains that the aforesaid Jn with his servant killed one pig of the aforesaid Robt viz on the wednesday following after the feast of st mark last past and similarly all the other pigs were beaten with sticks to the loss of Robt himself of 10s to the damage etc and whereof he produces his suit and the aforesaid Jn defends himself on the other hand and says that he is in no way guilty thereof and concerning this places himself upon the proof etc and they have a day against the next
