Jn Passemere not present(inserted) in a complaint concerning Robt Femestate and Christine his wife concerning a plea of debt etc pledged the bailiff etc and the aforesaid Robt and Christine were to be attached to this court therefore it is presented to distrain them better against the next court etc to reply to Jn Passemer in the plea of debt etc
