Firmin Tylere in a complaint concerning Jn Soneld of a plea of trespass pledged the bailiff etc and another complaint that the aforesaid Jn on the tuesday next after michaelmas last past with a dog and other means killed a certain pig to the detriment of Firmin himself of 40d and the aforesaid Jn present in court came and defended etc and said that he is in no way guilty and for this places himself upon a just decision etc and the aforesaid Firmin similarly etc and they have a day against the next etc
