| fine 3s4d | at this court Roger Mordon surrendered into the hands of the lady one tenement with a certain parcel of land called Cristyneslond sometime of Rich Stephen to the use of Robt Stephen son of the said Rich to whom the lady granted thereof seisin to hold to himself and his heirs from the lady at the will of the lady according etc saving etc upon such condition that if the aforesaid Robt pay or cause to be paid all the debts pertaining to the aforesaid Rich his father and upon the testaments of the tenants of this manor proved by fealty that then the aforesaid surrender and grant made thereof should stand in force and the aforesaid Robt and his heirs should truly be allowed by licence of the aforesaid lady to enter into the aforesaid tenement with the aforesaid lands with its appurtenances forever as his estate and he gave to the lady for a fine as shown in the margin and made fealty |
