Roger Mordon and Ematta his wife in a complaint against Jn Mason and Rose his wife in a plea of land pledged by Thos Mordon and they make protest to prosecute the same said complaint in the nature of the assize of non disseisin therefore it is presented to the bailiff to attach the aforesaid Jn Mason and Rose his wife and that he should summon etc twelve good men etc who nothing etc and they should have review the evidence etc
