item it is presented that Wm Webbe purchased a tenement of Firmin de Shropham from Wm Maneyle and has lived there for a long time and lives there still on the strength of the aforesaid purchase having not made fine nor fealty to the lady therefore it is presented to seize the aforesaid tenement until etc and there should be no fraud to the lady concerning her rights of receiving her fines
