agistment and the names for the agistment of the aforesaid beasts shown in a certain roll herewith attached which sum is taken at 34s4d for which sum the bailiff is charged upon his account and because this document has not been openly examined in court in the presence of the tenants therefore it should be enrolled at the next court so that fraud to the lady may be avoided
