at this court it is presented thus further to retain in the hands of the lady one croft of land containing 3a sometime of Jn Besowithe and to return the profits thereof from the day of the death of the aforesaid Jn on account of various reasons clearly explained in the roll until etc and to seize the body of Jn son of Robt Stephen Jn Crudde Wm son of Gosse the Reve weaver living at Colchester in the parish of St Giles and Agnes daughter of the said Gosse the Reve living in the parish of the Holy Trinity Colchester and Jn son of the said Gosse the Reve where he lives is not known to justify themselves with their goods and chattels and family according to the law of England and to seize a tenement of Firmin de Shropham until Wm Webbe pays his fine for purchasing the aforesaid tenement from Wm Merveyle made to him and also until Wm Aunger pays another fine because he purchased the aforesaid tenement from Wm Webbe and to return the profits to the lady etc
