it is presented to seize into the hands of the lord one cottage and 6a of land which Rich Meller sold to Jn Hyne and Wm Atte Fryth without the lord's licence and afterwards the said Jn and Wm sold the said cottage and 6a of land to Jn Sonyld without the lord's licence two years ago and to return to the lord of the profits etc
