the jury present that Wm Manelye sold one messuage sometime of Rich Mason to Wm Webbe without licence that the said Wm sold the said messuage to Wm Aunger without licence and afterwards the said Wm Aunger sold the said messuage to Robt Sebryt without the lord's licence therefore it is presented to the bailiff to seize into the hands of the lord the said messuage until etc and to return to the lord of the profits etc
