and that the prior of Earls Colne and his monks infringed the lord's park for a certain area by taking from the lord's land viz a crop of oats growing on one acre of land and it is ordered by the lord's bailiff to seize etc and further the monks of the said prior unjustly carried off took away and carted the said crop with a cart and horse of the said prior to the great deprivation of the lord therefore it is presented to the bailiff to distrain the said prior against the next to reply to the lord of the aforesaid trespass
