| fine 4s | at this court it is shown that Thos Hunt who held from the lord certain lands at the will of the lord died after the last and on his death bed surrendered into the hands of the bailiff in the presence of divers tenants all his lands and tenements which he himself held of the lord to the use of Wm Omond clerk Thos Kelet and Jn Hyne to whom the lord granted thereof seisin to hold to the same said Wm Thos and Jn and their heirs for 7s at the will of the lord according to ancient custom saving whatever rights and they gave to the lord for a fine as shown and made fealty |
