and that Edm Goldyng a short while before the disappearance of the above named Rich Taylor owed to the same said Rich 60s for malt which he purchased from him namely by a certain bond binding on the said Edm to the present time of which he was warned by the lord's bailiff as he submitted in truth to have paid to the same said Rich of the aforesaid sum 35s and namely at the present time 5s whereof the 20s for which he is bound to the aforesaid Rich should be respited by the steward until the next thereof to plead at the lord's council
