at this court the lord granted forth and let to farm to Jn Eyr one house called Longschepen within the manor of Earls Colne with a curtilage adjoining as it is enclosed to have and to hold the said house with curtilage to the said Jn and his attorneys from michaelmas.last even to the end and term of the nonage of Jn the son and heir of Rich de Veer late earl of Oxford with free ingress and egress paying therefore yearly to the lord or his attorneys 3s at the usual terms equally etc and the said Jn or his attorneys shall keep and maintain the said house with tiling and dawbing during the nonage well and competently at their own proper costs and the said lord and his attorneys shall repair and keep the house with great timber and carpentry well and competently at their own proper costs during the term aforesaid
