Jn Jegon complains of Thos Cook one plea(inserted) in a pleas of detaining chattels pledged Jn Tenant etc and the same said Thos was distrained for one equal part to reply in the aforesaid plea and he did not come therefore etc however the aforesaid complainant was essoined above therefore on account of the said essoin a day is given to the said defendant until the next etc
