that the tenement of Michells the tenement of Gossereves the tenement Smyths the tenement of John Adams the tenement of Cruddes the tenement of Hitchcocks the tenement of Heyhouse the tenement of Goulds the tenement of Bredgemans the tenement of Burghes are ruinous and not repaired therefore a day is granted to the tenants of the lands and tenements aforesaid against the next leet to repair the said tenements well and sufficiently on the pain of forfeiting the same into the lord's hands
