that the tenant of Thos Smythe's land ought to repair two ropes and a half in the lord's park for the tenement called Heyhouse and the tenant of the land of Burwes ought to repair one rope and a half in the same park the tenant of the land Bredgemans ought to repair one rope and a half in the same place and the tenant of the land Mundislond ought to repair one rope and a half in the same place yearly and doth not therefore the bailiff charged to warn them to do their services abovesaid on pain of amercement
