and that the tenement of Mycheles the tenement of Gossereve the tenement of Cruddes the tenement of Goules the tenement of Hychekokes the tenement of Heyhows the tenement of Breggemannes the tenement of Burghes the tenement of Smyth the tenement of John Adam are in ruins and have not been repaired therefore in mercy and the aforesaid tenants of the land and aforesaid tenements should have a day to repair the aforesaid tenements against the end of feast of st peter ad vincula 1.8.next following after the date of this court well and competently upon pain of them being handed over into the hands of the lord etc
