and because no general court was held after michaelmas.last where agistment in the lord's park pannage and faggot making were granted therefore at the present court the bailiff and the park keeper are charged thereof to present a sworn statement to the lord that in the preceding year nothing accrued to the lord from agistment etc except the fee granted to the prior park keeper and custodian of the parks and thus nothing at present is thereof amerced
