and the aforesaid jury to keep the peace between Jn Masone on one part and Jn Mellere and Margt his wife on the other part charged upon divers disputes between them are moved to say that half of all the lands and tenements sometime of Jn Stonwyne for which then are litigating should pertain to the aforesaid Margt by right therefore it is presented to the bailiff to deliver to the same said Margt seisin thereof or to levy from Jn Grove who holds monies thereof determined as half of all the money for which the aforesaid lands and tenements were lately sold by Jn Masone and the aforesaid Margt was given a day for the jury for an inquisition
