| and because it was presented to the bailiff at the last to seize into the hands of the lord all those lands called Pantres which Thos Pantre held from the lord at the day that he died because no one came to establish the right thereof and to seize the son of the same under age being in the custody of the lord's bailiff seisin of the said lands should have been made to the said son but no one came to claim it therefore it is presented to seize him into the custody of the lord and of the profits and assets of the said lands until such time as he should be old enough and of the remaining profits |
