| whereas lately at the last it was presented to the bailiff to seize etc all those lands and tenements called Jonys Adam after the death of Roger Eston who held the same by a grant from the lord for his lifetime without rent etc and to return of the profits etc now whereof it is shown that a further rent is valid and services which from ancient times pertained thereof to the lord therefore it is considered that the bailiff ought to return the rest of the ancient rent thereof owed which afterwards should be made had and let to farm at 2s whereof the bailiff should return etc |
