dues to the lord and all the aforesaid jury levy expenses upon destruction of the lord's deer in the park on account of which there is charge cause and default to be satisfactorily distinguished on their oath they all say that Jn Poley under park keeper many more times used the office of butcher to the lord's household both by day and night than for carrying out his office in the lord's park the office whereof he was most negligent in that he used to commit many ill deeds there to hunt and kill the lord's deer both knowingly and unknowingly to the grave damage of the lord
