fine 4d | and it is shown that Rich Skynnere out of court surrendered to the lord by the hands of the bailiff in the presence of Jn Wryghte and other of the lord's tenants his right and estate which he has together with Jn Wryghte and Wm Turnor of and in one cottage with curtilage sometime of Rich Cope to the use of Rich son of the aforesaid Rich Skynnere to whom the lord by his steward granted thereof seisin to hold to himself his heirs and assigns at the will of the lord by ancient services and customs saving the rights etc and he gave to the lord for a fine etc and made fealty |
