it is presented to distrain the tenant of the the land of Jn Clerk at Heth and Jn Ascheford that they make or made divers ropes of the hedges of the lord's park whereof one rope should contain 24ft and thus they were in arrears of making the aforesaid services for their tenements which they held etc
