to this court came
Wm Bocher
and sought a licence of the court to have entry into one cottage with curtilage with its appurtenances sometime of
Adam Smyth
on account of the default of the payment of 13s4d which
Simon Oldehall
and
Margery
his wife should pay etc and the aforesaid parties appeared before the steward and were examined as to why the aforesaid
Wm
should not enter into his former estate and upon this the foresaid
Margery
wife of the said
Simon
sought a day until
michaelmas.next
after this present date to produce the aforesaid 13s4d or the same said
Wm
or his attorney should reenter into the aforesaid cottage with appurtenances in his former estate notwithstanding that surrender which they have of the aforesaid
Wm
etc and it was considered by the same said court that
Wm
should grant a day for the paym ent of the same said aforesaid 13s4d until the aforesaid feast and thus the aforesaid day was granted to both parties and if there should be default in the aforesaid payment then the same said
Wm
should reenter into the aforesaid cottage with appurtenances pertaining in his former estate by licence of the court etc and afterwards the same said
Wm
came to the court here held with view on
the tuesday in pentecost week 9Hen5
on account of the default of the payment of the aforesaid 13s4d and sought licence of the court to have entry into the aforesaid cottage with appurtenances in his former estate therefore it was considered by the court that the same said
Wm
should reenter into the same said cottage with its appurtenances whereof
in his former estate without any other conditions etc
