Jn Mille | whereas at a court here held held in the week of pentecost 7.6.36Edw3 when one cottage with curtilage late of Kath Bullok was seized into the hands of the lord for default of a tenant now came Rich Lethiard and took from the lord the said cottage with curtilage to hold to the same said Rich and his assigns until the full age and his heirs by the services and customs etc saving the rights etc returning thereof annually to the lord additional ancient services of 18d therefore it is presented to seize etc item the lord granted to Robt Cook Jn Mille (inserted) the 3a of free land which were seized into the hands of the lord after the death of Peter Trot on account of the minority of Wm the son and heir of the said Peter who was aged 16yrs to hold to the same said Robt and his assigns until the full age of the said Wm returning thereof per annum during the aforesaid term 6s8d etc therefore it is presented to seize into the hands of the lord etc |
