came and surrendered into the hands of the lord one cottage with curtilage and 10a of land in six crofts and 2r of meadow and 2r of pasture with appurtenances lying in two crofts and afterwards in the same said court

his wife received from the lord the aforesaid lands and tenements for their lifetime thus after their decease the remainder to

and the heirs of his body issuing etc and after the said

the remainder to the rightful heirs of the said

surrendered into the hands
of the lord one messuage# and 17a of land and 1a2r of pasture and two day works and the lord regranted to the same said
