it is presented to the bailiff to make one bridge at a pond called Halt Pond which the lord ought to repair according to ancient custom which is weakened by the whole neighbourhood with driving and redriving cattle and horses and when it is well and competently repaired upon the testimony of the lord's tenants then the bailiff ought to be allowed for the expenses of the aforesaid repairs at the next court here held etc
