the lord granted out of his seisin to Jn Besowthe one croft of land of the lord's demesne containing 4a of land lying in the park in Colne and 1a of land lying at The Brokehouse of the lord's demesne and 1a of land lying at Southeymarshe to hold to the same Jn and his heirs begotten by the rod to the will of the lord by the services yielding to the lord or his ministers by year at the usual terms of payment of rents in the name of a new rent and making suit at all the courts by year to whom there is seisin delivered to hold in form aforesaid
