mercy 3d | of Simon Hamond because he followeth not the court to answer Wm Hale in a plea for detaining of goods and chattels of the same Wm viz six silver spoons delivered to the same Simon by the said Wm in the name of a pledge for 4s he borrowed of him which the said Wm paid the said Simon well and faithfully before the day therefore it is considered that the said Wm may recover against the said Simon for unjust detaining of the said spoons for his damages by the discretion of the steward 12d and the said Simon is in mercy and pained to levy the said 12d to the use of the said Wm with the spoons aforesaid |
